Delete your AmoraKey account

Request deletion in the app

1. Open Profile in AmoraKey.
2. Open your account card and select Delete account.
3. Verify your identity and review any active store subscription.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

What happens next

• Your account enters a seven-day cooling period.
• You may sign in and continue using valid membership benefits during this period.
• Signing in does not automatically cancel deletion. You must select Cancel account deletion.
• When the cooling period ends, account data is deleted or de-identified unless retention is legally required.
• The same email cannot create a new AmoraKey account for 30 days after deletion is completed.

Subscriptions

Deleting an AmoraKey account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage the subscription in your store account to prevent future renewal charges.
